FALL FESTIVAL BOOTH CAPTAINS
There will be a Fall Festival Booth Captains meeting on Tuesday, September 26th at 6:00pm in Holy Family Hall. Please Fallplan on attending this important meeting.
FESTIVAL YOUTH VOLUNTEERS:
Parents / Guardians who have child / children under the age of 18 years, who are planning to volunteer time at the parish festival must complete an Emergency Medical Authorization and a Permission Form. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Forms are available in the Parish Office Monday – Thursday, 8:30am-4:00pm. If you did not complete a form during the Summer festival, you will need to complete a form to the Parish Office on or before October 11th.
